Return & Refund Policy

We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and services. However, we understand that there may be times when you need to return or exchange a product. This policy outlines our procedures for returns and refunds.

Returns

We will accept returns for products that are faulty by default. To return a product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will then issue you a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions on how to return the product. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and issue a refund if the product is found to be faulty by default.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 10-15 business days for your refund to be processed.

Exchanges

We will exchange products that are faulty by default. To exchange a product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will then issue you a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions on how to return the product. Once we receive the returned product, we will ship you a replacement product.

Exclusions

We do not offer returns or refunds for products that are not faulty by default. This includes products that are ordered incorrectly or that are not wanted. We also do not offer returns or refunds for products that have been used or damaged.

Shipping

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges.
